Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1993
The Construction Industry Training Fund Act 1993 was enacted to establish a fund to be used to improve the quality of training in the building and construction industry; to establish the Construction Industry Training Board to administer the fund and to co-ordinate appropriate training; to provide for the imposition and collection of a levy for the purposes of the fund; and for other purposes. Section 38 Review of the CITF Act 2004
Section 38 of the Act provided for a review to be undertaken by an independent person as soon as practicable after 1 January 2003.
