Download CITB D2CPlus ID number Application Form. This form is required to be completed by D2C graduates for enrolling into Cert III Level training at Year 12. Only D2C students who have successfully completed Cert 1 may apply. Please contact your school VET Coordinator for more details.
Download "Incentive Cheque". Employers who take on a D2C student into a contract of training will receive $1,000 as an incentive. More information here.
